Control Collect:

Both Easy Collect and Control Collect programs provide access to our electronic check conversion technology.

The major difference between the two programs is who enters the bad checks into the system.

With our Control Collect Program you enter all checks you wish to process.

Control Collect offers merchants the same tools to View Checks and Repeat Offenders as Easy Collect but with this program merchants enter the checks they wish to have processed. If this option is chosen a link to enter checks will appear on the merchant’s web interface. A legible copy of the front and back of the check must be either emailed, mailed or faxed to NSF Collect before the check may be re-presented. Choosing this option offers great flexibility but requires more work on the merchant’s part. With this option collection ratios may be lower than outlined. With this program we find merchants usually try to collect on these checks first. If they are unable to collect them they then submit these checks. For this reason collection ratios tend to be reduced.
