How do I search for an item?

You can select a specific category in the drop-down list on our "Search" section to the left.

 
How late can an order be placed and ship the same day?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day*. *No Shipping on Holidays, Saturday or Sunday or when our offices are closed.
 
How do I cancel an order after it is placed?
An order cannot be canceled through the system. Once an order is placed, the order is immediately sent to fulfillment for processing and shipping within the time indicated above. If you need to cancel an order you must call 1-800-313-5198 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
 
What items can not be returned or refunded?

Are there Restocking Fees?

 

Yes, some items we charge for return - a restocking fee. Such items would include but are not limited to, return of credit card terminals and PINPads. 20% restocking fee if being returned (must have an RA# issued by us, MerchantSource®) and are not defective.

Where are the orders shipped from?

Shipped from our local Offices address (Florida) or the warehouse (California), or other deployment addresses as deemed necessary.

 
How do I check on previous orders?
You must call (239) 985-0776 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
 
How will I know if the order has been processed?

After submitting an order, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail will use your e-mail address indicated on the original order that was submitted to us.

Regarding Rush Shipping Charges?

$50.00 Rush shipping charges are Nonrefundable on ALL orders.

 
Sales Tax Charges?

All 6% Florida State Sales Tax will be added for all orders billed from or shipped to any Florida address.

 
Equipment Warranty?

 

All equipment for sale is new and comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise indicated.
