How do I search for an item?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day*. *No Shipping on Holidays, Saturday or Sunday or when our offices are closed.

An order cannot be canceled through the system. Once an order is placed, the order is immediately sent to fulfillment for processing and shipping within the time indicated above. If you need to cancel an order you must call 1-800-313-5198 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Bankcard decals, manual imprinters, manual imprinter sales or credit drafts, EBT sales drafts and any shipping charges are non refundable, no returns and no exchanges. Any open packages of Computer software can NOT be returned.

Yes, some items we charge for return - a restocking fee. Such items would include return of credit card terminals, PINPads and accepted Unopened computer software, have a 20% restocking fee if being returned and are not defective.

After submitting an order, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail will use your e-mail address indicated on the original order that was submitted to us.

$50.00 Rush shipping charges are Nonrefundable on ALL orders.

All 6% Florida State Sales Tax will be added for all orders billed from or shipped to any Florida address.
